Built for small kitchens

Online ordering for small restaurants, without the 30% cut.

You do not need a website to take orders online. For $20 a month you get a menu page your customers can order from, and you keep every dollar of what they spend. No commission, no contract, and you can be taking orders this afternoon.

What your customers see

A menu that works on the phone in their hand

Most people will order from your kitchen while standing in front of it, or on the walk over. Your menu is built mobile-first, so photos, prices and options all read properly on a phone -- and there is nothing for the customer to install.

  • Order-ahead pickup with a real time slot
  • Photos, descriptions, sizes and options
  • A QR code for the counter, window or table
  • Card payment, or pay when you collect

What are the marketplaces costing you?

Put in what you actually run through the delivery apps today. This compares it against SwiftServe Lite at $20 a month, including the card processing fees, so the comparison is a real one.

DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub typically land between 15% and 30% on delivery, less on pickup. Your real rate is on your statement — it is worth looking up.

30%

Most kitchens keep their marketplace listings for discovery and move a share of their regulars to direct ordering. We default to a deliberately conservative 30%.

  • Marketplace commission on those orders $4,950

  • Card processing (Stripe) -$844
  • Net difference a year $3,866

An estimate, not a quote. Marketplace rates vary by agreement -- your real blended rate is on your statement and it is worth looking up. Card processing is Stripe's standard rate; SwiftServe takes no percentage of your food sales.

Set it up in an afternoon, change it in seconds

Add your items, prices and photos, and you are live. Sold out of the special? Change it from your phone between covers and the menu updates immediately -- no reprints, no PDF that went stale last Tuesday, no waiting on a web developer.

  • Categories, sizes, modifiers and sold-out toggles
  • Update from any phone, tablet or laptop
  • Orders land in your dashboard the moment they are placed

Small-restaurant online ordering, answered

SwiftServe Lite is $20 a month and includes 75 online orders. There is no commission on any order -- the only per-order cost is the standard card processing fee, which goes to Stripe, not to us. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial.

No. Lite gives you a menu page your customers order from directly, with its own link and QR code. If you want a full website later, you can move up to a plan that includes one and keep everything you have already set up.

Those are marketplaces: they bring you customers and take a percentage of every order, often 15-30%, and the customer belongs to them. This is your own ordering page. It does not find you new customers, but for the regulars who already know you, you keep the whole ticket and the relationship.

Yes. A QR code on the window is the whole setup. Customers order ahead from the queue or before they arrive, and you can change your menu or mark items sold out from your phone.

Nothing breaks -- your ordering keeps working. If per-order processing is switched on for your account you would see it as a separate line on your invoice, priced per order beyond the included count. Most kitchens at this size never reach it.

Card payments go through Stripe straight into your own account. You can also switch card payment off entirely and take payment when the customer collects, which is what a lot of trucks and small kitchens prefer to start with.

No. It is month to month and you can cancel any time. The 14-day trial does not charge you until it ends.
